Dr. Prof. Myles Fowl- The smartest Fowl who has earned himself a doctorate and is a twin to Beckett Fowl.

Beckett Fowl- The less intellectual and more physically-strong Fowl twin, who can also talk to animals.

Lazuli Heitz- Blue "Pixel" or rare species of blue pixie, working as Specialist in the Lower Elements Police Department and also the LEP's official Ambassador in Fowl Affairs.
Or, in other words, she's a fairy police officer and best friend of the Fowl Twins.

Lord Teddy Bleedham-Drye- The mad duke of the island of St. George hungry for the crown of England- and to also destroy the Fowls.

Plot:

The Fowl Twins defend themselves from being attacked by the Duke in London, during one of the events Prof. Fowl was conducting about his recent research in medical science in London. 
But- they defeat the Duke and.. kill him? Wait, what? Does that mean the book ends since their arch-nemesis is prematurely done for?
